Honors Introductory Seminar – 2 credits
Course Description:

An interdisciplinary seminar, designed for students entering the Honors College. In the course, Honors students learn the foundations of honors, explore methods of critical inquiry, participate in academic discussions, and create presentations.  

Learning Outcomes:

1. Students will demonstrate an understanding of inquiry and research methodologies.
2. Students will practice collaborative learning and academic discourse.
3. Students will demonstrate and understand interdisciplinary perspectives.
4. Students will create academic presentations.
5. Students will create and organize substantive artifacts for a portfolio.
