The PRESIDENT

• Shall serve as chief executive officer of the chapter
• Shall represent Psi Phi at university and other functions (as required)
• Shall be responsible for planning the annual banquet
• Shall preside at all Chapter meetings and/or events

The VICE PRESIDENT

• Shall assist the President
• Shall assume all duties of the Presidency in the absence, death, or disability of the incumbent, with the title of Interim President
• Shall carry out any duties delegated by the President

The SECRETARY

• Shall maintain all correspondence of the Chapter
• Shall ensure that members are notified of Chapter events
• Shall maintain an updated list of Chapter members
• Shall carry out any duties delegated by the President

The TREASURER

• Shall maintain all Chapter financial records
• Shall present financial statements to the Chapter membership or University Administration as requested
• Shall carry out any duties delegated by the President

The HISTORIAN

• Shall preserve and maintain all records of historical significance to the Chapter
• Shall carry out any duties delegated by the President
