VSU multi-functional, card-swipe printers provide students, staff, and faculty with a number of unique options and features:

  • Swipe your VSU 1Card to print, copy, and even scan documents to email

  • Choose black & white or color print; single- or double-sided

  • Use mobile printing options to send your documents either by email or the VSU printer portal

  • Initiate your print jobs from anywhere and retrieve them from any card-swipe printer conveniently located in computer labs/classrooms, food courts, residence halls, and other accessible areas around campus.

PRINTING ALLOTMENT ON VSU 1Card-Flex Account

$17.50 is pre-loaded on current students, faculty and staff VSU 1Cards each semester that can be used at any printing station. Additional money for printing can be added at 1Card Online Center. Unused print credits do not roll over.

Students have the option to print documents during scheduled class time by selecting the 'Class Printing-Room#' printer. These types of print jobs are not charged against the $17.50 print allotment.

Organizational Print Accounts: Used primarily to allow official student organizations to share a pool of print credits. This form can also be used for grants.
