Conference will showcase use of technology in the classroom

Valdosta State University will host the Showcase InTech-nology Conference on April 30, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Education Center, located on Baytree Road.

Teams from Valdosta and Berrien, Brooks, Lanier, Lowndes, Tift and Ware counties will be in attendance. Each presentation will highlight examples of the innovative ways teachers and students have incorporated technology into their classrooms.

Sen. Tim Golden will be the featured speaker at a luncheon held in the Education Center, beginning at 11:45 a.m. Cost for the luncheon is $7 per person. To make reservations for lunch, please contact the Educational Technology Training Center at 249?2781.
