Deaf & Hard of Hearing Criteria
Depending on accommodations requested, students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing may submit a full audiological report, recent audiogram, or letter from other appropriate diagnosing professional. Documentation should include an explanation of how the student's academics are impacted and suggest reasonable accommodations. If the nature of the hearing loss is not stable, the student may be required to provide updated documentation annually.
