GPS focuses on Research, Teaching, and the Science of Psychology
The Georgia Psychological Society© was organized to promote the science of psychology for South Georgia and adjacent regions. Following the philosophy of the Association for Psychological Science, GPS intends to freely share research findings and psychological expertise with the general public and our communities.
Our goals for the GPS conference include giving students and faculty a local outlet to present their research and learn about the research of our colleagues. This also gives students the opportunity to attend a research conference and gain recognition for the research that they may present.
