Purpose of Policy

The purpose of this policy is to manage and regulate the use of alcohol at events on campus and other areas under the control of the University whether owned or leased for University purpose.

[Note that alcohol policies extending to students and student organizations are included in the Student Organization Handbook and Student Code of Conduct.]

Who Should Know this Policy

Valdosta State University students, faculty, and staff. Guests who rent or utilize University facilities for events.
