Using Folders

Step 1:

In the left column, right-click on a folder. Your new folder will be created here. Then, click Create New Folder in the pop-up menu that appears.

Step 2:

Type the name you wish to give your new folder. Then, press the Enter key on your keyboard.

Step 3:

In order to move emails into a folder, click on them and drag them over a folder in the left column. Then, release your mouse button.

Deleting Emails and Folders

Step 1:

In order to delete emails, move your mouse over an email in the center column and a checkbox will appear in the left corner of it.

Then, click the checkbox and a check mark should appear in it. Repeat this process until you have selected all of the emails you wish to delete.

After you have selected them all, click the Delete button in the right column.

Step 2:

In order to delete a folder, right-click on it in the left column. Then, click Delete in the pop-up menu that appears.

Recovering Emails

Step 1:

Right click on Deleted Items.

Select recover deleted items...

Step 3:

Type the name of the email you are trying to recover to search for it.

Step 4:

Make sure that there is a check mark next to any emails you wish to recover, then select recover.

Step 5:

Click the ok button to confirm recovery of items.
