Blocking and Unblocking Senders:

Step 1:

Click the gear icon located in the top-right of the web browser window.

Step 2:

Select Options from the displayed menu.

Select block or allow from the left-hand side bar.

Step 4:

To add a sender or domain to the blocked senders list enter either a sender email address or domain into the text field, then click the '+' symbol next to the text field, and then click the save button.

To remove a sender or domain from the blocked senders list, click the sender or domain you wish to remove then click the '-' symbol, then click the save button.

Turning Off Automatic Spam Filtering

Step 1:

Click the gear icon located in the top right of the web browser window.

Select Options from the displayed menu.

Select block or allow from the left-hand side bar.

Step 4:

Modify the radio button setting to either allow Office 365 to or prevent it from automatically moving mail it suspects is junk mail to the Junk Mail folder.

Creating New Filtering Rules

Step 1:

Click the gear icon located in the top right of the web browser window.

Select Options from the displayed menu.

Select organize email.

Select the '+' symbol.

press the '+' button

Step 5:

Select "Create a new rule for arriving messages...".

Step 6:

You will now fill in the fields with your desired information.  The first field will contain whatever you wish to name your new rule.  The second field will be the desired filter, to identify which messages the new rule applies to.  The third field is where you choose the action that will be taken on the chosen messages.  If you wish to add more filters and/or actions you can click the More Options... link.  Once you are finished click the save button.
