Displaying all Messages


A number of received messages are no longer available in Outlook.


Microsoft Outlook is no longer set up to display all messages.

Step 1:

Open Microsoft Outlook 2010.


Step 2:

Click View.

Click on the View Tab.


Step 3:

Click Reset View.

Click on Reset View


Step 4:

Click Yes in the next pop up box.

Click Yes in the pop up box.



Congratulations! You have successfully displayed all messages in Outlook. If this does not correct the issue, please contact the VSU IT Helpdesk athelpdesk@valdosta.edu or at 229-245-4357.

Please note that our work request system can only accept emails sent from a VSU email address.
