Installing SSH Secure File Transfer Client
In order to establish a connection to your Mypages web site and publish content, we recommend using a program called SSH Secure Shell. This program can be downloaded from our software downloads page.
Once you have downloaded the installation file, double-click its icon.
If a security warning message is displayed, click the Run button. In Windows 7, the button will be titled Allow instead of Run.
An installation window will appear. Click the Next > button.
A license agreement window will appear. Read over the agreement and click the Yes button to agree and proceed with the installation.
A number of additional prompts will appear. Click the Next > button at each prompt until a progress bar appears, showing that the program is being installed.
Please be patient, as the installation may take some time, depending on the speed of your computer.
However, once the process completes a prompt will appear, click the Finish button.
You have successfully download and installed SSH Secure Shell. Now that the program is installed, you can use it to establish a connection to your Mypages web site. If you have any issues, feel free to contact the IT Helpdesk at (229) 245-4357 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
