Maple is computational software published by Maplesoft and available for work at home purposes to Valdosta State University faculty and staff. The steps below will walk you through the process of downloading the software and requesting an activation code:
If you have not already reviewed the terms and conditions for digitally downloaded home use software at Valdosta State University, please do so prior to proceeding.
Download the version of Maple that matches your operating system from Maplesoft's download website.
Please log into VSU Service Desk with your Active Directory username and password, then pan over IT Asset Management Forms on the left, then select Maple Home Use Request.
Make sure to put your username in the User field, then complete all questions in the Details field. Once you have finished click the Save button, or the Save and Close button.
You should immediately receive an email notifying you that the request was received. You should receive a second email within 2 business days with an activation code.
Run the installer you downloaded in step 2 and enter the activation code when prompted.
