Weight Watchers On-Campus Program
The "At-work" program is open to faculty, staff, students, retirees, friends and relatives. Weight Watchers has been on campus since fall of 2007 and has seen much success. Weight Watchers PointsPlus program makes it even easier to loose weight and keep it off. Fifteen people are required for each on-campus meeting time. Payment is required at the first meeting of the series.
At Weight Watchers, we know that food is only one part of the weight-loss equation. Activity, healthy habits, support - along with smart food choices - can lead to true, long-term success. Our proven approach is backed by 50 years of scientific research - and by millions of people who have successfully lost weight." - Weight Watchers web site
