Are you ready to do yoga? The perfect place to start is where you are right now! Beginners and regular practitioners will become more comfortable and safe doing yoga in group classes or at home. Gentle instruction and guided practice in: common yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques. Support increased: flexibility, strength, and stress reduction. Come with and active body; leave with a quieter mind. 

Please bring your own yoga mat or beach towel!
