Spring 2013 Application

We are now accepting housing applications for Spring 2013. We have space available for both upperclassmen and freshmen. However, upperclassman males may be placed in freshman male spaces. All students who plan to enroll in Spring and want to reside on campus will need to complete the application and contract(s) below and submit with the $300 deposit and $25 application fee. The forms may be submitted via mail, fax, or in person. There is not a deadline for spring applications; we will accept applications based on availability.

Note: Even though our office will be closed Wednesday, December 19, 2012 through Tuesday, January 1, 2013, we will still accept applications via mail, email, and fax.  We will not be able to respond until Wednesday, January 2, 2013.

Spring Contract Release Refund Information (new Spring residents only)

In accordance with the schedule outlined below, a resident may choose to cancel their Spring contract and receive a prorated portion of their deposit. The refund schedule is in effect regardless of when the resident pays the deposit. After occupancy, should the resident choose to cancel their agreement prior to its termination date, no portion of the deposit will be refunded. 

  • From November 1 to November 30, $100.00 deposit refund

  • After December 1 no portion of the $300.00 deposit will be refunded

Note: This $300 deposit is not refundable if the resident does not occupy the room.
