It is our express desire to provide superior customer service for I.D. production, FLEX and Meal Plan Accounts, through the campus card system technology. All I.D. production requires a visit to our office, however FLEX Account or Meal Plan Account deposits DO NOT and are easily made online, this includes moving your Financial Aid. In order to avoid standing in line and to receive quicker access to these account funds, we strongly suggest the online access be utilized for each. Please read our policies, procedures and requirements prior to having a VSU 1Card made or making a deposit into a FLEX account.
Visit our office to:
- Have a VSU 1Card made. (Freshmen who attend an orientation session will obtain a card on that date.)
- Make a cash deposit to your FLEX account. (Visit our FLEX Facts page for more information.)
