The Langdale College of Business Masters of Accountancy (MAcc) program is a full-time, one-year program.  Admission is competitive and based on space availability.   Students may enter the program in fall, spring or summer.  Our MAcc program prepares graduates for careers in: Public Accounting, Financial Services, Government and non-profit, Corporate Finance.

Students study accounting in greater depth than is typically provided in an undergraduate accounting program or MBA program with a concentration in accounting.  The objectives of the MAcc program include developing sound technical accounting, analytical, communication, and technology skills that are required to succeed in the accounting profession.

Master of Accountancy (MAcc)

Students graduate from the MAcc program having fulfilled the educational requirements to sit for the Uniform Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination in Georgia.

An additional characteristic that sets the Langdale College of Business MAcc program apart from many of its peers is the personal attention given to each student’s learning needs.  Enrollments are managed to assure small class sizes so that students have significant opportunities to interact with each professor and their peers.
