Career Services to Host Spring Semester Education Career Day
VALDOSTA -- The Office of Career Services will host its Spring
Semester Education Career Day on Wednesday, Feb.16. The event will
be held at Valdosta State University in the University Center
Magnolia Room from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event will be divided into two sessions: first will be a
general networking session to allow students/alumni to talk with
school system representatives from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; second
will be an interview period from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. during which
time students/alumni will be able to interview with school
system(s). All interviews will be scheduled by school
representatives during the hours of 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Representatives from over 30 school systems will be present to
discuss available positions with students and alumni. The list of
participating school systems is available on the Career Services
website at www.valdosta.edu/career, or
can be picked up from the Career Services office, Powell Hall-West,
2nd floor.
