Dedication for Jennett Lecture Hall Scheduled for Jan. 31
VALDOSTA -- Valdosta State University will host a ribbon cutting
ceremony for the Jerry and Kay Jennett Lecture Hall at 10 a.m. on
Monday, Jan. 31, at the corner of Baytree Road and N. Oak Street,
adjacent to the Education Center.
The 15,700-square-foot building includes two auditorium-style
classrooms, each with a seating capacity of approximately 350. The
approximately $1.9 million academic facility was named in honor of
Jerry and Kay Jennett's significant philanthropic contributions to
the university.
The ceremony is open to the public.
