VALDOSTA -- Students are now able to fuel those late-night study
sessions at Hopper Dining Hall -- now serving a range of breakfast
and made-to-order options from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Monday through
Thursday.
Valdosta State University students requested the addition of
late-night dining at the all-you-care-to-eat facility, which
previously served lunch Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. - 2
p.m., a lite lunch from 2-4 p.m. and dinner from 4:30-9 p.m.
Blazer Dining General Manager Rich Yokeley said the staff is eager
to cater to today’s student -- often juggling a variety of work and
class schedules that require them to be up beyond regular business
hours.
"The late night format offers students several options to include
pizza, burgers, breakfast and healthy panini sandwiches,” Yokeley
said. “Our main goal is to add value to students' meal plans
without increasing their costs."
