University to Test Campus Alert System on April 29
VALDOSTA --Valdosta State will test its Campus Alert system at 2
p.m., Wednesday, April 29. University administrators will send a
test message via telephone and e-mail to faculty, staff and
students who have registered with the system.
To receive the alert messages, faculty, staff and students must
opt-in and provided contact information at http://www.valdosta.edu/vsu/editalertinfo/.
Users who have changed telephone numbers since signing up should
log into the system and update their account information.
In the event of an emergency, users would be directed to the
Valdosta State Web site at www.valdosta.edu for updated
information.
