Severe Weather Alert

Severe weather is anticipated in South Central Georgia beginning around 4 p.m. today and continuing until 8-9 p.m.

Although excessive rains are not expected, the potential for high winds will have the possibility of uprooting trees that are already weakened due to the previous storms and grounds that are still completely saturated with water. Pay close attention the weather and be prepared to take cover if needed.
