Undergraduate Research Symposium
VALDOSTA - An Undergraduate Research Symposium will be sponsored
by Valdosta State University’s Council on Undergraduate Research at
the College of Arts and Sciences on Thursday, April 12 and Friday,
April 13.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about exciting new
research being conducted by VSU students. A poster session and
reception will be held in the Bailey Science Center atrium at 6
p.m., followed by the opening session of the Symposium at 7 p.m. in
the BSC auditorium on Thursday. Paper presentations will be
delivered throughout the day on Friday in the auditorium (room
1011) of the Baily Science Center. The student paper presentations
begin at 8 a.m. and conclude at 4:30 p.m.
The Symposium will provide undergraduate students with an
opportunity to highlight meaningful research in which they have
been engaged. The Symposium is free of charge and open to the
