Student Leadership Conference at VSU
The Dean of Students Office at Valdosta State University will
host its second LeaderQuest conference, "Everyday Superheroes," on
February 18, 2006, in the Hugh C. Bailey Science Center Auditorium,
from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. This year's speaker is Troy Danahey,
corporate director of sales education for Sealy Inc.
LeaderQuest is a campus organization that seeks to increase
students' awareness of their leadership abilities, assist students
to serve and lead on campus and in the community, and encourage a
lifelong commitment to practicing leadership and service. The
leadership conference is open to all VSU students, and students
from several universities across the state have also been invited
to participate.
The $10 registration fee includes lunch and a conference T-shirt.
