Mayor John Fretti speaks at Valdosta State University'sInternational Honor Society Induction
City of Valdosta Mayor John Fretti will speak at Valdosta State
University's chapter of the International Honor Society, Golden
Key, at its annual induction on November 19, in Pound Hall
Auditorium (Rea and Lillian Steele North Campus), at 7 p.m. The
induction ceremony will honor the top 15 percent of the juniors and
seniors at VSU.
Mayor Fretti is one of three who will be inducted as an honorary
member. The other two are Harley Langdale Jr., chairman of the
Langdale companies, and Dr. Brian Adler, VSU Graduate Dean and
former director of VSU's Honor Program. Honorary inductees were
selected by active members of the VSU chapter.
The induction ceremony is free and open to the general public. For
