Students will present research at annual symposium
Valdosta State University's eight annual Symposium on
Undergraduate Research is scheduled to begin Thursday, April 4 at
7:30 p.m. and continues on Friday, April 5 from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00
p.m., in the University Center Magnolia Room
The Friday session will feature poster sessions and presentations
from undergraduate students in the College of Arts and Sciences.
This year's topics include: Osama bin Laden, at-risk behavior among
African-American youth, the effects of the Internet on the growth
of small businesses and travel, and campaign reform.
The symposium seeks to foster and support undergraduate students?
interest in research activities.
