VSU plans spring commencement ceremonies
More than 1,000 students have applied to graduate as Valdosta
State University holds spring 2001 commencement ceremonies in split
sessions on May 7, in the PE Complex on Baytree Road.
The morning commencement begins at 10 a.m., and will include
undergraduate and graduate students from the College of Education,
the Harley Langdale Jr. College of Business Administration and Air
Force ROTC.
The afternoon commencement begins at 2 p.m. and will include
undergraduate and graduate students from the College of Arts,
College of Arts and Sciences, College of Nursing and Division of
Social Work.
The public is invited to attend and those needing special seating
accommodations should contact the Office of Student Activities at
