VSU hosts Symposium on Undergraduate Research
Valdosta State University's College of Arts and Sciences will
hold its Sixth Annual Symposium on Undergraduate Research from 7:30
p.m. to 9 p.m. on April 13 and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 14 in the
University Center Magnolia Room. The symposium is free and open to
the public.
The Thursday night plenary session will feature professors from the
College of Arts and Sciences. They will address the topic
"Directions in Research in the New Millennium." On Friday,
undergraduate students from each of the College of Arts and
Sciences departments will present their research. Several students
will also showcase their research on poster displays.
The Symposium is sponsored by the Council on Undergraduate
